Summary

The Production Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of NFL Media production logistics as they relate to in-studio shows, remote events, original content & digital media. Supports the Production Management department and reports directly to a Production Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Production Managers to meet the requirements of show and/or departmental budgets and planning logistics
  • Generate various production documents for all studio and digital media shows, remote events, and ENG shoots
  • Work with vendors to secure bids as well as process and track all invoices
  • Responsible for entering data into the budgeting system and interacting with vendors regarding payments
  • Works closely with the Vendor Maintenance Office to ensure that each production is complying with company requirements
  • Works within the peer group to ensure staff coverage aligns with live or taped programming schedules.
  • Work directly with internal partners to coordinate logistics, including booking crew, securing locations, completing appearance/location releases, preparing production schedules, and securing VO artist.
  • Assist with catering and prop needs, scheduling, and restocking areas as needed
  • Work closely with the following departments: Special Events, Football Operations, Scheduling, Travel, Remote and Studio Operations, Accounts Payable, Finance, Human Resources, Production, and various external partners
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in the role of Production Coordinator in a related field
  • Previous experience in a television studio, digital media, and/or remote production is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-year degree or equivalent education preferred
  • Up to 3 years of experience in the role of Production Coordinator in a related field

Travel

  • Position may require some travel (up to 20%)

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

  • NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week. Overtime (work that exceeds 40 hours in a week or 8 hours in a day), early mornings, late evenings, and/or weekends may be required.

Salary / Pay Range

The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials, or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.

Salary

$32—$37 USD
