Administration
- Provide administrative support for vice presidents, production management team and partners that may include multiple states, districts and locations in the United States and Mexico.
- May provide administrative support to other assigned management leadership.
- Maintain management financial records (i.e., cutbacks, OH, invoices) and payments, approve and code invoices, maintain organization charts, and Concur expense reporting.
- Prepare presentations PowerPoints slide decks for the meeting.
- Arranges travel, to include hotel, car rental and airplane reservations.
- Coordinate meals for meetings.
- Manage and prepare responses to Government Commissioner and Country questionnaires and inquiries.
- May administer approved open ground and capital purchases.
- Lead production assistants, as needed, with projects/field events.
- Maintain office supplies.
- May coordinate cleaning crew, gardener, plant crew, plumber, and kitchen cleanup.
- Purchase special orders or big-ticket items.
- Coordinate planned and unplanned tours/field trips.
- Coordinate and prioritize production management team projects, timing and action items that are complex and agile in nature to the business flow and activities. This includes on site field working sessions and evaluations of project effectiveness.
- Provide in depth analysis and recommendation for continuous project improvement and or advise management on potential gaps in existing processes and business flow. 40Company Global JD Next review date: 09/01/2022
- Oversee and execute Strategic Planning Meetings, Production Meetings, Partner Meetings, Partner Conference, and other management events.
- Coordinate across districts and growing regions to facilitate knowledge share, document best practices and promote inter region learnings.
- Actively participate in philanthropy events to include developing calendar, managing community interest, coordinating and collecting funds.
- Coordinate with other functional groups (i.e., Sembrando Salud, Communications, and Production Management)
- Plan, coordinate and allocate budget for district events to include but not limited to Holiday Events, End of Year Parties, Season Kick Offs, along with other events.
- Lead and coordinate events to include internal and external resources.

Knowledge
- Farming knowledge of growing berries is highly desirable
- Demonstrate strong mathematical aptitude and analysis skills for researching, analyzing, developing and leading in the implementation of production related programs and recommendations.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in dealing proactively with all levels of internal and external management, vendor, or agency personnel.

- 3 years’ experience in administration.
- Previous experience working in a farming environment and event planning, preferred
