About The Job
This individual is responsible for creating and delivering the product vision and strategy for the D&A operations squad within the company. The role will focus on delivering high-impact Analytics and AI Data Products to the operations and supply chain streams, leveraging agile methodologies to ensure value delivery. The Product Owner will work closely with various departments, including Operations, Supply Chain, to define and implement the product vision for operational capabilities.

Main Responsibilities
Business Strategy / Strategic Vision
- Own the vision of the operations squad, its definition, and the associated value. Partner with business stakeholders to define business value-creating use cases leveraging operational data and analytics.
- Ensure alignment of the vision and mission statements of the operations squad with the overarching business strategy, consistently updating them in response to shifts in the business environment and strategic adjustments.
- Maintain the product vision board and business value delivery with stakeholders.
- Prioritize solutions within the operations squad according to product line strategy, scopes, and goals for new products/services.
- Prioritize data management and analytics requirements to deliver scalable capabilities for operational product development. Develop and manage product backlog and prioritize based on key business value.
- Support the team in defining large complex data to meet functional business requirements.
- Partner with business to define key business indicators, their data sources, and metrics, and design data management capabilities to make them available for insights .
- Support to define and drive adherence to data governance policies and standards to ensure quality, accuracy, and security of data needs.
- Contribute to business results by delivering operational products with high value for the organization, unlocking new capabilities, and ensuring high-quality IT delivery .
- Measure the success of operational products through KPIs such as portfolio coverage, sprint velocity, governance reach, and data reliability.
- Implement technology processes and products related to operations, such as data management and governance, data analytics, master data management, and data self-service BI.
- Utilize agile frameworks and delivery models to ensure efficient and effective product development .
- Manage one or several Product Analyst within the operations squad. Act as a Servant Leader for the benefit of the Product Team and the Organization, driving the team's work through the product backlog .
About You
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience in BI, Analytics, Data Integration, or similar operational products.
- Expertise with data governance disciplines, such as data stewardship, quality, lifecycle management, and cataloguing .
- Experience with CPG and working agile are desired.
- Ability to leverage data analytics to make informed decisions and identify innovative opportunities within the product .
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform innovative product strategies .
- Develop a forward-thinking, strategic mindset to envision and plan for the future of the product within the operations domain.
- Embrace change and demonstrate flexibility to adapt strategies and products based on evolving market needs and technological advancements.
- Solid communication, influencing, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment .
- Organized, focused, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Eager for Innovation – AI/ML.
