Summary

The Product Owner will play a key role in the digital strategy for multiple emerging growth properties within the BSE Global organization. They will serve as the principal lead for their respective brands within the Consumer Technology Department responsible for learning internal clients’ needs as well as managing and prioritizing the product backlog.

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with an unparalleled work ethic, and an extremely effective communicator. They will also be familiar with and have experience working with product designers and applying Agile methodology.

What You Will Do

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision for the various brands, ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term goals and strategies.
  • Build and prioritize a product backlog that includes features, initiatives, and improvements, taking into consideration user feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
  • Participate in sprint planning meetings and help select and prioritize items from the backlog for each development sprint.
  • Collaborate with key partners to capture requirements and insights that inform the development of new products and features.
  • Work closely with multi-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of product features and improvements.
  • Ensure that the delivered products meet high-quality standards and are thoroughly tested to meet user expectations.
  • Partner with Marketing and Business Intelligence to incorporate customer insights and make data-informed feature-set and customer journey decisions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies that can be leveraged to enhance the fan experience in-venue and out-of-venue, on gamedays and non-gamedays.
  • Bring creativity, problem-solving, and superb communication skills to effectively shepherd projects to completion.

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years experience in a Product Owner/Manager role.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Consistent track record of leading and successful implementation of multiple digital products in a time sensitive environment.

Travel Requirements

Infrequent Traveler (<5% travel): You may be required to travel on a very limited basis. Trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay away from home for one or more nights.

Salary Range

$100,000-$130,000

Physical Demands

This position requires the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.

Work Environment

You will primarily work in an office environment, however, there may be occasions when you are required to work game nights/weekends/holidays.
