About The Role

As a Product Marketing Manager (tPMM), you’ll serve as the technical voice behind our innovations—translating complex technology into compelling narratives that resonate with both business and technical audiences.

What You’ll Do

• Master the Product: Gain a deep technical understanding of Socure’s products, integrations, and underlying architecture to explain the "how" and "why" of our platform’s effectiveness.
• Craft Technical Narratives: Translate intricate technical details into digestible, engaging messaging tailored to varied stakeholders—from developers to C-level decision-makers.
• Drive Competitive Positioning: Conduct technical deep-dives on competitor offerings, developing differentiating strategies that highlight Socure’s market leadership.
• Collaborate with Product: Partner closely with product managers to align on roadmaps, capture technical use cases, and shape go-to-market strategies that reflect product evolution.
• Enable Internal Teams: Create technical enablement materials—solution briefs, architecture diagrams, FAQs—and lead workshops that empower sales, success, and partner teams.
• Establish Thought Leadership: Produce and publish technical content (whitepapers, blogs, case studies) that reinforce Socure’s position as an industry innovator.
• Leverage AI to Scale: Use tools like ChatGPT's Deep Research to enhance the quality, scalability, and depth of technical content creation.
  
  

What You Bring

• Experience: 5+ years in technical product marketing, product management, or solutions engineering—ideally in identity verification, fraud prevention, or risk analytics.
• Technical Fluency: Ability to understand APIs, cloud infrastructure, and machine learning concepts, and communicate their value effectively.
• Strategic Storytelling: Strong writing and narrative skills to convey complex technologies in ways that inspire and persuade.
• Cross-Functional Expertise: Track record of effective collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive technical marketing strategy.
• Analytical Edge: Experience with competitive research, technical market analysis, and performance-driven positioning.
• Communication Excellence: Skilled in producing polished technical content and leading enablement sessions with clarity and authority.
