Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join our team at Xpansiv. In this role, you will execute the product vision to make Xpansiv Managed Solutions the premier company for monetizing Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) and Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) credits. You will leverage your understanding of customer and stakeholder needs and the industry landscape to help create and maintain a product roadmap. Your efforts will drive impactful projects, foster collaboration, support the adoption of renewable energy, and combat climate change.

Responsibilities:

• Develop clear product requirements and specifications
• Oversee design and development to ensure features meet quality, usability, and performance standards
• Conduct regular backlog grooming sessions with business stakeholders
• Prioritize features based on strategic impact, user needs, and technical feasibility
• Align with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure shared understanding of user needs and product goals
• Facilitate communication across departments to drive consensus and execution
• Lead initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes
• Operate with a “speed to impact” mindset—prioritizing and pivoting quickly to maximize value
• Use analytics and user feedback to refine product offerings
• Continuously evaluate product performance and iterate based on insights
  
  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of work experience in product management
• 2-4 years of Agile experience, including leading SCRUM ceremonies for a technical team
• Self-starter with the ability to identify and solve problems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work
• Renewable Energy background is a strong plus

Base Salary

Compensation for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, knowledge, education and training. However, compensation in the following regions is expected to be as follows:

Boston, MA: Compensation is expected to be between

$85,000-$110,000
