Become a Key Player as a Product Manager
As a Product Manager on the Adobe.com Platform team, you will shape and scale sitewide capabilities such as global navigation, web product integrations, and shared components and services. You will partner closely with experience designers, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable platform services. Work model: Hybrid, three days a week onsite in San Jose, CA.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
- Build business cases that clearly communicate impact and value.
- Discover, validate, and document requirements.
- Collaborate with Experience Designers on customer journeys, UX flows, and product direction.
- Translate requirements into feature specifications and user stories with clear acceptance criteria for engineering.
- Proactively manage cross-system dependencies to mitigate risk and ensure scale and reliability.
- Participate in planning and vision refinement with business and engineering teams.
- Actively address ambiguity and change within the product backlog.
- Partner with engineering through the release cycle, from initial rollout to iterative improvements.
- Present convincingly to executives, partners, and users/customers.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend emerging technologies to optimize user experience, data integrations, and operational efficiency.
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 5+ years of Web Product Management or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience conceptualizing, defining, building, and releasing products in web/mobile ecosystems.
- Strong grasp of web technologies and front-end development (JavaScript/HTML/CSS).
- Experience integrating third-party vendor solutions on high-traffic websites.
- Understanding of front-end, back-end, and data integrations using APIs.
- Proficiency writing product requirements, functional specs, and user stories.
- Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence stakeholders and partners.
- Results orientation with high attention to detail.
- Highly analytical; use data to inform decisions and measure platform outcomes.
- Ability to build positive cross-functional relationships in a large organization.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying current on industry and technology trends.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA (preferred).
Pay Range
$68.34 - $77.46/hour
