Description: Lead integration across a cross-functional team with multiple stakeholders (including multiple IT projects, Business Product Development projects and Enterprise Architecture) to deliver on-spec and on-time initiatives. Coordinate backlog prioritization in Jira and PI Planning across 5 cross functional teams with integrating priorities. Project planning, forecast monitoring, and team utilization from project kickoff through to delivery across multiple teams. Provide solutions for forecasting, prioritization, and team capacity challenges to ensure client milestones and deadlines are met. Design, update, and communicate detailed status reports for the agencies and the clients and manage the release plans. Assess epics and support dependency mapping and planning delivery timelines for priority work. Utilize methods including Scrum, Lean, and Kanban to optimize workflow for standard and customized approaches to development. Serve as the initial escalation point for web-related questions or issues from the client, guide the teams in addressing the issues, and escalate appropriately as required.

Skills Required
- Experience working in a quick-paced, exploratory environment Experience with Jira & Confluence Design Thinking Experience Process Flow Mapping, use of Miro for roadmap planning
- Experience implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools/Solutions
- 5+ years of progressive responsibilities in IT, with 5-3 years of experience solving business problems through delivering IT solutions in design, engineering, and manufacturing domains.
- Automotive Experience will be first consideration for Interviews
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science)
