Essential Functions

• Market & Competitive Analysis: Identify opportunities for new products and improvements by analyzing industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor positioning.
• Product Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic roadmaps that align with Valcom’s long-term vision and market demands.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Own the full product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and post-market performance evaluation.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless product execution.
• Customer-Centric Innovation: Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and ensure our solutions exceed expectations.
• Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement: Develop pricing strategies, product positioning, and training materials to drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators such as revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction to inform future product decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management (technology or industrial sectors preferred)
• Proven ability to translate market trends and customer needs into successful product strategies
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience with agile product development and financial forecasting is a plus
