Job Overview
As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, implementation, and sales, to ensure our products align with market demands, exceed customer expectations, and achieve business objectives. Our customers work in some of the most critical aspects of the Nation and her Allies National Security. We are looking for a driven individual that is passionate about keeping the world safe through technology.

Job Overview
As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, implementation, and sales, to ensure our products align with market demands, exceed customer expectations, and achieve business objectives. Our customers work in some of the most critical aspects of the Nation and her Allies National Security. We are looking for a driven individual that is passionate about keeping the world safe through technology.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to define product strategies and roadmaps.
- Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
- Work with engineering and design to ensure timely and successful product development and releases.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product launches, marketing collateral, sales training, and customer support materials.
- Gather feedback from customers, conduct user interviews, and analyze data to iterate on products and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously monitor product performance metrics, conduct post-launch reviews, and implement strategies to enhance product adoption and engagement.
- Provide technical assessments of incoming projects or partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management in a technology, in LLM and related fields
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and market research
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience with product management tools and platforms
- US Citizenship required due to government contracts
- Self starter able to act independently
- The ability to pass a hiring process that will undergo additional security screening and scrutiny
- Masters of Business Administration
- Master of Science in a related field such as computer science, cybersecurity, etc.
- Previous experience working with the DoD or federal agencies

- Compensation (commensurate with experience): $130,000 - $150,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity
