AdCellerant

Date: 2 weeks ago

Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 per year
Contract type: Full time
Company Overview

AdCellerant is an award-winning tech-enabled services company that has brought Madison Avenue-level digital marketing solutions to Main Street businesses since 2013. We help local marketers, media companies, agencies, and channel sales organizations leverage our proprietary advertising software platform, Ui.Marketing.

Summary of Role:

At AdCellerant, we empower our product teams to tackle complex challenges, addressing customer needs and business objectives. Our cross-functional and resilient product teams typically consist of a product manager, a product designer, and multiple engineers.

We assemble our product teams with diverse skills, ensuring they can devise valuable, viable, usable, and feasible solutions. The product manager plays a crucial role, providing the solution is valuable and viable, contributing a solid understanding of business constraints from various departments such as marketing, sales, service, finance, legal, and privacy.

The product manager also brings in-depth knowledge of our users, customer behavior, and industry trends, contributing to the team's overall effectiveness. While each team member is accountable for specific risks, we value product managers who recognize that continuous innovation stems from the collective passion and ideas of the entire product team.

Collaboration is key as the product manager closely works with the product designer and engineers to identify effective solutions and collaboratively bring them to market. While we empower our teams to find the best solutions, accountability for results is paramount. Product managers at AdCellerant embrace this responsibility, even if it means navigating collaboration to achieve the desired outcomes.

This individual contributor role demands the ability to influence teammates, colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives using data and logic. It's a role that values not just the shipping of products but the impactful results derived from them.

Responsibilities:

  • Embrace accountability for the results of the discovery phase, ensuring that insights lead to actionable outcomes and impactful solutions.
  • Balancing and prioritizing across these vastly different user needs is one of the primary challenges for product managers

  • Identify product features that add value and build trust with our customers
  • Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques and methods.
  • 3+ years working on technology-powered products as a product manager, designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher.
  • Familiarity with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) methodology, demonstrating the ability to align product discovery goals with broader organizational objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to complex problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
