WHY WE NEED YOU

We seek a Product Management Co-op to help our growing membership be healthier and happier. This role will help support the product roadmap strategy on special projects such as competitive analysis, member research and product discovery and definition.

The right person is passionate about product management, is a quick learner, detail oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. In return, you will quickly find yourself a key member of the team!

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Product analysis and reporting with the opportunity to develop insights and recommendations for the business
  • Competitive benchmarking and voice of customer intelligence for ongoing Hydrow product SWOT analysis
  • Contribute to product discovery, testing, and defining feature requirements in partnership with your manager
  • You will join our team and participate in all product and software team meetings garnering real-world experience in product management

Who You Are

  • Some familiarity with product management and agile software development principles and frameworks
  • Quick Learner: You are eager to learn and quickly absorb a wide breadth of knowledge
  • Organization and planning: Strong project management skills including managing deadlines, getting alignment, and delivering analysis and recommendations
  • Communication: You have strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills
  • Collaboration: You have a strong work ethic and ability to collaborate well with others across the organization and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly-fluid environment
  • Comfortable working with data: You are interested in learning about data and are comfortable working with numbers
  • Interested in health and wellness and/or fitness technology
  • Local to Boston, MA and eager to spend 3-4 days per week in our Seaport office
