We’re the team that digs deep into player behavior, sportsbook performance, and marketing impact to uncover insights that help us stay ahead of the game and keep our players coming back for more.

As a Product Insight Analyst, you’ll collaborate with teams across Marketing, Product, and Leadership to deliver data-driven strategies that shape the future of our Sportsbook and iGaming products across North America. You’ll track everything from trading performance to player activity and promotions, helping us optimize performance and craft a thrilling experience for every player.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze performance data to uncover insights that boost acquisition, retention, and overall player engagement.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to understand our sportsbook and drive better decisions through data.
  • Turn complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations that help leadership make winning moves.
  • Identify new ways to enhance our business and player experience, spotting opportunities others might miss.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver measurable growth and optimize performance across all North American markets.
  • Innovate with new tools and techniques to level up how we use data.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in an analytical role, ideally within sportsbetting, casino, or gaming.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with experience in SQL and Excel (bonus points for R or BigQuery).
  • Passion for sports and gaming - you get the thrill, the strategy, and the stakes.
  • Proven ability to turn data into insights that inspire action.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Team player mindset- you know collaboration wins championships.
  • Degree in a STEM-related field (or equivalent experience).
