About The Role

As a Product Designer at Sibros, you’ll bridge the gap between product management and frontend engineering, playing a key role in defining and improving the user experience of our products and web portal. You’ll focus on delivering simple, intuitive, and elegant design solutions for complex engineering problems while collaborating cross-functionally to accelerate our product roadmap.
What You’ll Do
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $170k/yr - $230k/yr. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, benefits, or any discretionary bonus components.

About The Role
Job Title: Product Designer

As a Product Designer at Sibros, you’ll bridge the gap between product management and frontend engineering, playing a key role in defining and improving the user experience of our products and web portal. You’ll focus on delivering simple, intuitive, and elegant design solutions for complex engineering problems while collaborating cross-functionally to accelerate our product roadmap.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the product design and UI/UX design of our customer-facing web portal
- Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs, and user flows using Figma
- Collaborate closely with product managers to define user needs and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
- Partner with software engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency across products.
- Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and continuously refine the user experience.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to support scalability and consistency across the platform.
- Advocate for a customer-first approach, ensuring usability and accessibility standards are met in all designs.
- Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in product and/or UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web application design.
- Expertise in Figma, with experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience designing for IoT, automotive, or data-centric products that solve complex engineering problems
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in web design
