What You'll Do

You’ll be the organizational heartbeat of our Client Strategy team—helping ensure everything from quotes to equipment deliveries runs flawlessly.

Your day-to-day might include:

• Preparing and processing hardware and software quotes
• Sending agreements and scopes of work for client approval
• Managing equipment and inventory across multiple locations
• Assisting with renewals, expirations, and client account maintenance
• Coordinating with vendors and distributors to keep things moving smoothly
• Partnering with our outside Technical Account Managers (oTAMs) to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Providing administrative and logistical support that keeps the whole operation humming

What You’ll Bring:Required:

• 2+ years of client service or procurement experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with IT concepts and terminology (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and care
• A genuine service mindset

Preferred:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in a Managed Services or technology environment
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Associate
