Job Overview
We are seeking a Process Engineer to support the development and optimization of assembly, test, and shipping processes for turbine engine builds. In this role, you will be responsible for creating logical and efficient work instructions, conducting build audits, and incorporating engineering changes while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Flexibility is required to support various shifts, including 1st, 2nd, post-2nd shift, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required.
Key Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, or related engineering environment preferred.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret technical documents and engineering drawings.
Work Environment: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update assembly, test, and shipping work instructions in alignment with engineering requirements and revisions to engine manuals.
- Conduct Gate 1 & 3 audits on turbine engine builds to ensure compliance with process and quality standards.
- Implement Engineering Changes (ECs) into work instructions and collaborate with teams to enhance process efficiency.
- Assist the Manufacturing Team in converting work instructions to improve clarity and effectiveness.
- Monitor production processes, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Perform technical calculations, including time estimates, torque specifications, and equipment loads.
- Work closely with mechanics, inspectors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless assembly and disassembly of jet engines.
- US Citizenship is required due to ITAR restrictions
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
