Supervising Physical Therapist for Skilled Nursing Facility.
Job Duties include but are not limited to: Evaluations, Progress Notes, and Discharges. Clinical coaching and development of supervised clinical staff. Clinical development and oversight of both Skilled and Long Term Care residents.
Looking for an individual who is highly motivated for optimal patient care with good time management and a strong team first mindset.
Documentation System: Rehab Optima and Point Click Care (Knowledge/Familiarity preferred)
Qualifications: Licensed as a Physical Therapist for State of Employment
