We're currently seeking individuals with unwavering integrity to join our team in two pivotal roles: as a Priority Response Assistant with a clear pathway to becoming a Priority Responder. These positions are foundational to our commitment to deliver not just exceptional restoration services but also compassion and support during some of the most challenging times in our clients' lives.

Priority Response Assistant: Your First Step As a Priority Response Assistant, you'll be the "go-to" support for a Priority Responder, working closely with them to learn the intricacies of our emergency response operations. This hands-on experience is invaluable, providing you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel and advance within our team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in responding to emergency calls for fire and flood damage, offering immediate support and initiating the restoration process.
• Learn to assess property damage and perform essential emergency services, such as securing properties to prevent further damage.
• Support logistical coordination and communication between clients and SERVPRO's specialized divisions, under the guidance of your Priority Responder mentor.
• Embody and uphold SERVPRO's core value of integrity in every interaction, ensuring trust and reliability for our clients in their times of need.
• Actively cultivate and nurture partnerships with Centers of Influence (COIs) to fuel business development and secure ongoing expansion.
• Evolving into a Priority Responder: Upon mastering the role of Assistant and demonstrating a steadfast commitment to integrity and excellence, you will be presented with the opportunity to advance to the role of Priority Responder. In this elevated position, you will shoulder increased responsibilities that are vital to our operations. You'll lead emergency response efforts, engage in strategic planning of restoration projects, and play a pivotal role in client support and project management. Additionally, you will be expected to actively cultivate and nurture partnerships with Centers of Influence (COIs), a crucial strategy for fueling business development and ensuring our organization's continued expansion. This comprehensive role not only demands a high level of dedication and skill but also offers the chance to significantly impact both yours and the companies growth and success.
  
  
  

Earning Potential & Benefits:

• As an Assistant: Expect a starting earning potential ranging from $50K to $85K, with growth opportunities as you learn and excel in your role.
• As a Responder: With experience and success, your earnings can realistically increase to between $75K and $120K in year two, with top performers achieving $180k+.
