What You Will Be Doing

• Directing national facilities strategy, overseeing new builds and upgrades across 25–30 campuses.
• Leading a high-performing team with full P&L responsibility, ensuring excellence in execution.

Principal Key Responsibilities

Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of student-ready campuses across the nation, supported by scalable, AI-driven operational systems.

Basic Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in complex, multi-site execution with a focus on timely and impactful outcomes.
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale facilities projects with global or national reach.
• Hands-on expertise in retail buildouts or maintenance programs with a focus on launch readiness.
• Strong capability in team building and budget management with full P&L accountability.
• Exceptional skills in problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication.
• Proficiency in operating within high-growth, PE-backed environments with a strong sense of urgency.
• U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $400 USD/hour, which equates to $800,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
