The Green Bay VA Healthcare System seeks a contract Primary Care Physician for a long-term temporary position to provide medical treatment and personal care to veterans.
- Full benefits included, with a 1-year contract extendable up to 5 years.
- Monday to Friday schedule, 8 AM - 4:30 PM, with no weekends or holidays.
- Must support three locations: Green Bay, Cleveland, and Appleton, WI.
- Responsibilities include diagnosing, treating, and managing patient care, collaborating with the PACT Team, and ensuring compliance with VA guidelines.
- Qualifications: 2 years post-residency experience, MD/DO degree, board certification in family or internal medicine, and valid medical license.
