Seeking a Primary Care Physician for an on-site clinic in Federal Way, WA.
- Manage a patient panel, providing comprehensive acute and chronic care.
- Develop a high-performing care team and promote top-of-license practice.
- Offer counseling, education, and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Perform minor outpatient procedures and ensure accurate documentation.
- Provide after-hours care support.
- Licensed or eligible in WA, board certified/eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.
- Proficient in EMR systems, preferably Epic.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Position involves in-person and telehealth care in a collaborative environment.
- Vaccine requirements apply; accommodations available.

- Salary range: $208,800–$375,800, based on experience and location.
