Essential Functions
Duties & Responsibilities
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures
- Extensive knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- Fulfill orders accurately as dictated by par sheets
- Strictly follow recipes and take personal pride in every item delivered for service
- Able to safely use and operate kitchen machinery
- Handle, store, date, and rotate all products properly
- Promptly report equipment and food quality issues to a Manager
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all staff in the restaurant
- Complete all opening, closing, and side duties
- Work as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect
Qualifications

Skills, Abilities & Work Conditions
- Stand for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
- Work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
- Lift and carry 30+ lbs
- Work in fluctuating temperature environments
- Read recipes and convert units of measure
- Have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- Self-motivation and the ability to accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Basic knowledge of kitchen terminology, methodology, and knife skills
- Regular raises (every 3 months)
