We are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Paralegal with 0–2 years of experience to join this high-performing legal team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with managing a high-volume personal injury caseload during the pre-litigation phase
- Collect, organize, and review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
- Draft correspondence, demand letters, and initial pleadings
- Maintain regular communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
- Manage case files and deadlines to ensure timely processing of claims
- Prepare settlement packages and assist in settlement negotiations
- Support attorneys with client intake and case evaluation
- 0–2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software (experience with systems like Needles, SmartAdvocate, or Clio is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism and empathy when working with injured clients
