The Plumber is responsible for plumbing systems installation, diagnosis, repairs, and general maintenance for commercial and industrial buildings. This role requires an individual with extensive field experience and a solid understanding of plumbing systems, adhering to plumbing codes, and safety standards.
Schedule
Essential Functions
This role operates in a commercial building setting and requires regular use of hand tools, power tools, and ladders. The Plumber will work in a variety of settings, including utility rooms, rooftops, and office spaces, and may be exposed to electrical hazards and other safety risks.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

The Plumber is responsible for plumbing systems installation, diagnosis, repairs, and general maintenance for commercial and industrial buildings. Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 5AM - 1:30PM
- Monday - Friday, 3PM - 11:30PM
Essential Functions
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, fittings, drainage systems, sewer systems and appliances.
- Cut, assemble, and install pipes using hand and power tools including jet machine, power cutter, and threader.
- Perform drain maintenance using snakes, augers, and hydrojetter.
- Document work orders and maintenance activities in the ticketing system.
- Appliance repairs as directed.
- Perform End of Shift Inspections (EOS) following company guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to client’s safety regulations, legal restrictions, and building codes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- All other duties as assigned.
- While not mandatory, proficiency in English is highly recommended to perform the responsibilities of this role effectively. We are committed to creating an inclusive work environment that values diversity."
- Open availability: Overtime work and schedule adjustments may be needed/necessary. Holiday work may also be required.
- The position requires frequent standing, walking, climbing, and lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- The electrician will regularly use their hands to handle tools and operate equipment, and must occasionally work in cramped spaces or at heights.
- Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.
- Good hygiene skills are required.
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Must complete pre-employment background check (if applicable).
- Must complete pre-employment drug screen (if applicable).
- Must provide proof of work authorization and complete an I9 and E-Verify process.

Required Education And Experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience is preferred.
- Journeyman/Apprentice level candidates are preferred.
