You will join us a Player Experience (PX) Researcher, focused on insights and player strategy. You will guide game development by collaborating with teams to shape strategy and the player experience. You will report to the Senior Manager of Player Experience Insights, Sports, located onsite in our Orlando.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with game teams to align research with franchise goals and strategies.
  • Partner with diverse teams to create insights that influence franchise direction.
  • Present player insights and recommended actions to game teams and leadership, empowering data-informed decisions.
  • Refine and enhance departmental research processes to increase efficiency and influence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Market Research, Data Science, HCI), or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience leading research projects from planning to delivery.
  • 3+ years of industry experience conducting user research across platforms.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working across time zones and remotely.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methods.
