Requirements
- Set up and run large grinding machines.
- Load materials safely into the machine.
- Adjust settings for different materials.
- Keep the machine clean and running smoothly.
- Fix small issues and call maintenance for bigger problems.
- Check finished material to make sure it looks right.
- Follow all safety rules and always wear PPE.
- Write down production and any problems.
- Work well with your team and supervisor.
- Be on time and work your full shift.
Requirements
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends (Panama schedule: Week 1 – Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat, Week 2 – Sun/Wed/Thurs).
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
