Opportunity available in Sahuarita, Arizona, a rapidly growing community located about 20 minutes south of Tucson.
- Work in an established program with a Monday through Friday daytime schedule, no nights or weekends.
- Manage a reasonable patient census of 11-12, primarily senior patients, in a collaborative team setting.
- Work alongside APPs and other healthcare professionals to provide complex and post-acute care.
- Competitive salary plus incentives targeting $300k+ earnings, along with a full benefits package.
