We are seeking a qualified Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a locum position in Cheshire, CT, to provide primary care in an outpatient clinic.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour daytime shifts starting at 8:00 AM, with no nights, weekends, or call.
- Patient volume: Approximately 18 adults daily, focusing on wellness visits, chronic/acute condition management, and coordination of care.
- Responsibilities include documentation via EMR and follow-up care.
- Requirements: Active CT NP or PA license, Board Certification, BLS (ACLS preferred), with experience in internal medicine or adult primary care preferred.
