Seeking dedicated physician assistants and nurse practitioners for full-time, in-person roles providing high-quality care at skilled nursing facilities.
- Enjoy flexible scheduling with no overnight duties, balanced hours, and support from an integrated virtual care team.
- Provide patient-centered primary care, managing acute and chronic conditions, and collaborating with other medical providers.
- Utilize electronic health records and administrative systems efficiently, with documentation completed via dictation tools.
- Work 1-2 days/week per facility with flexible start times, typically between 7-10 a.m., with no set end time.
