Job Description
Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics
Hamden, CT ($85,000-$100,000) (Up to $10,000 student loan repayment)
Join Ivy Rehab Network as an outpatient Physical Therapist and deliver individualized, evidence-based care to patients across a wide range of diagnoses. You'll work in a collaborative, supportive environment that encourages growth, autonomy, and clinical specialization.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans
- Work with patients in their recovery timelines, our schedule allows for ample one-on-one patient/ Physical Therapist care.
- Have close community relations with the population of Hamden through community outreach. (Running Clubs, Lunch and Learns, Chamber of Commerce Meetings)
- Track outcomes and maintain documentation in Raintree, our EMR system
- Collaborate with referring providers and teammates to optimize care
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and self-management

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program
