Opportunity Overview

Join a vibrant and creative team as a Photography Studios Coordinator in a part-time remote contract role. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about photography and studio operations, looking to contribute their organizational skills in a dynamic environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the studio runs smoothly while supporting photographers and clients alike.

Your Contributions

  • Coordinate and schedule studio bookings, ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are prepared for each session.
  • Act as a liaison between photographers, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
  • Assist in managing studio inventory, including equipment maintenance, ordering supplies, and tracking usage.
  • Implement and maintain studio policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support marketing initiatives by creating engaging content and managing social media platforms to promote studio services.
  • Help with client onboarding, providing them with necessary information and materials to ensure a positive experience.
  • Monitor and report on studio performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

Our Requirements

  • Proven experience in a coordinator or administrative role, preferably within a photography or creative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear and effective interactions.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and other relevant tools to enhance studio operations.
  • Familiarity with photography equipment and terminology is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A background in photography or art-related fields is highly desirable.
  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of studio management software and inventory tracking systems.
