About the Role:

Style Netbox is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Assistant to support our leadership team in managing day-to-day tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives.
• Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the leadership team.
• Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
• Assist in personal errands and tasks to support executive productivity.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Ensure timely follow-up on tasks and deliverables.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to work with discretion and confidentiality.
