Summary
The Performance Marketing Manager will lead the analytics and optimization of paid digital campaigns across multiple channels. Reporting to the VP of Digital Marketing and Paid Media, this role will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth through data-driven media strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance marketing across platforms such as Google, Meta, programmatic display, affiliate, and emerging digital channels, and will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and performance-obsessed.

Summary
The Performance Marketing Manager will lead the analytics and optimization of paid digital campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance marketing across platforms such as Google, Meta, programmatic display, affiliate, and emerging digital channels, and will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and performance-obsessed.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with external media agency to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic display, affiliate, and other direct response platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance against KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CPA, CVR, LTV) and make real-time optimizations to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Collaborate with the VP of Digital Marketing and Paid Media to align media strategies with overarching brand and business objectives.
- Partner with agencies, publishers, and internal creative teams to develop and test media assets, audience strategies, landing pages, and messaging for performance impact.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign effectiveness across all stages of the funnel.
- Analyze data, generate performance reports, and deliver actionable insights to inform media strategy and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with CRM, website, and loyalty teams to ensure seamless consumer journeys and conversion pathways.
- Identify new performance marketing opportunities, trends, tools, and partners to keep campaigns competitive and innovative.
- Assist in media budget planning and forecasting to ensure efficient spend allocation across platforms and channels.
- Create KPI reporting dashboard for regularly cadenced reporting with key insights to drive action and change to further optimize media spend.
- Ensure agencies are meeting business objectives and hitting key goals on a weekly/monthly basis, providing recommendations as needed based on results.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns with proven success in driving ROI.
- Deep understanding of key performance marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, affiliate networks, and programmatic platforms.
- Strong data and analytical skills with experience using performance tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, test, scale, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across a full-funnel media strategy.
- Experience with media buying and measurement, including familiarity with attribution models and conversion tracking.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams
