What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and lead a world-class Guide team that executes the Alpha learning system with precision and passion
• Create comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices for exceptional facilitation, engaging learning activities, and effective challenge resolution
• Deliver high-impact, actionable feedback that measurably improves Guide performance and student outcomes
• Personally mentor a select student cohort, demonstrating elite coaching techniques that become the benchmark for your team

Performance Coach Key Responsibilities

Transform a team of educational Guides into elite learning facilitators who consistently deliver exceptional student outcomes through masterful implementation of the Alpha system.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated excellence in education, learning and development, coaching, or related field
• Proven track record developing and implementing innovative educational programs or training initiatives that achieved measurable results
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with evidence of building and inspiring high-performing teams
• Substantial experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to leverage data for performance improvement
• Commitment to working on-site at our Austin, TX, or Plano, TX campus
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
