- Responsibilities:
- Assess athlete performance and set individualized goals.
- Design and implement training regimens.
- Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed.
- Conduct workshops and seminars on performance enhancement.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science or related field.
- Proven coaching experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
