We are looking for a People & Operations Coordinator to support our growing company through stellar project management, process optimization and administrative leadership.

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in streamlining administrative processes, improving operational systems and supporting key initiatives across the company.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize systems and processes, managing internal administrative processes across departments.
• Support people-related projects, including process audits and improvements and implementation of new tools or systems
• Support hiring operations and candidate lifecycle communications
• Oversee office management tasks including supply inventory and organization of team events
• Contributing to internal branding through light graphic design work

• Experience with HR compliance tools and processes

Role Details

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
