We’re seeking a Certified Peer Support Specialist to join our caring, recovery-focused team in Missoula, MT. In this role, you’ll use your own recovery experience to empower others, foster connection, and support individuals facing mental health and/or substance use challenges.

Compensation: $17.50 hourly

What You’ll Do
- Offer individual and group peer support rooted in shared experience and mutual respect
- Build trusting, authentic relationships that encourage resilience and self-determination
- Partner with clinical teams to promote a recovery-oriented environment
- Model healthy coping strategies and wellness practices
- Certified Peer Support Specialist credential (required)
- Personal experience with recovery from mental health and/or substance use challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for empowering others and advocating for person-centered care
