Pediatric Intensive Care Unit - Registered Nurse - $2,210 per week

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 10 months of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
  
  

Requirements

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

6 months between Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. Cert: PALS, BLS - Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation only.

Shift & Scheduling: Is on-call required: No. Are weekends required: Yes Variable.

Unit/Facility Details: Parking Cost: Free in any unrestricted space. Bike racks available.

Previous Employment Requirements: Return Staff Policy can return after 3 months

Floating Requirements: Travelers’ refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
