Description
McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for a Patient Registration Rep for its Ames office(s). Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include: greeting, instructing, registering, checking in and directing patients and visitors. Responsible for answering patient billing questions, taking payments, balancing cash drawer and working misc reports. Give general information on clinic services in accordance with McFarland Clinic Core Values and Promise.

Education
- High School Diploma, GED or HiSET
Experience
- Excellent verbal, written communication, computer skills, proficient typing skills.
- Customer service experience and working with the public required.
- Prefer one year work experience, preferably in a medical office setting.
