BluePearl Kirkland is looking for a full-time, credentialed (LVT) or non-credentialed, Patient Care Coordinator to join our ER department. If you enjoy staying busy, having autonomy, are self-motivated, and organized, we're confident this will be the perfect position for you!

Schedule: Thursday - Saturday 6 AM - 6 PM

Patient Care Coordinator Pay: $24.15 - $43.15 / hour

This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience.

We also offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked for nights and weekends.

  • Shift differentials are based on a 4-hour minimum.

For Example

  • Mon – Fri: 6pm to 8am = $4.00 Shift Differential
  • Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = $5.50 Shift Differential
  • Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = $4.00 Shift Differential

Summary Of Position Purpose And Function

The Patient Care Coordinator ensures effective, client-centered management of all referrals for assigned service. The Patient Care Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for referred clients, managing their hospital experience from initial referral through conclusion of service. This position interacts with the referring veterinary community, clients, and hospital teams to ensure seamless continuity of care.
