Requirements
At lease 1-2 years of experience.
Software/platforms required: Helpscout, Paypal, Stripe, Slack
Agent profile
Experience with Stripe and PayPal
Experience With Helpscout (Preferred)
Knows how to use Slack
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and responsiveness
Data Driven
Friendly but can be firm and direct when they need to be
