Multi-specialty medical practice is seeking an enthusiastic professional to work part-time in our office doing multiple tasks. We provide competitive salary and convenient Monday through Friday hours. Immediate interviews available!
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answering phone calls and assisting callers.
- Verify patient information such as contact information and insurance information.
- Checking patients in and out after an appointment.
- Obtaining any payment due at the time of check in or check out.
- Scheduling follow up appointments.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience in a medical environment preferred.
- Strong work ethic.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork orientation.
- Knowledge of HIPAA is a necessity for this job.
