Position Overview
Part-Time Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to support children with Autism in building communication, social, and daily living skills while decreasing challenging behaviors. Services are delivered in clinic and/or home environments under BCBA supervision.

Position Overview
Part-Time Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to support children with Autism in building communication, social, and daily living skills while decreasing challenging behaviors. Services are delivered in clinic and/or home environments under BCBA supervision.
Responsibilities
- Follow treatment plans and behavior strategies written by a BCBA.
- Collect and record accurate session data.
- Communicate session outcomes to the BCBA and family.
- Provide compassionate and consistent client care.
- Travel to assigned client locations (for in-home services).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- RBT certification preferred (training available for non-certified BT candidates).
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility in adapting to changing behaviors and environments.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach frequently.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
- Paid training and development in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Flexible schedules for work-life balance.
