Boesen & Snow Law is a law firm located in Scottsdale, AZ with a focus on health law. Clients include individual healthcare providers and corporations related to healthcare delivery and support. Boesen & Snow employs ten attorneys, two clinical staff members, and twelve other professional staff members. Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our in-person team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This position will play a key role in supporting our attorneys with legal research, drafting, and case preparation for healthcare regulatory and administrative matters.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, document-heavy environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in administrative, regulatory, healthcare, or corporate law, and who enjoys producing high-quality written work.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth legal and regulatory research on federal and state healthcare laws, administrative rules, and licensing board procedures
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, memos, and summaries for attorney review
- Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and applications
- Organize and maintain case files and client records
- Track deadlines, board responses, and document submissions
- Support attorneys in managing case workflows and document-intensive matters
- Monitor changes in relevant laws, regulations, and board policies
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal (healthcare or administrative law preferred)
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
- Professional, reliable, and eager to support a collaborative legal team
Pay: $75,000–$105,000 DOE + discretionary bonuses (this is a full-time exempt position)

Schedule:
In-person, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Scottsdale, AZ. Some work and monitoring email will be required outside of business hours.
