Key Responsibilities

  • Execute residential, commercial, and industrial painting projects with precision and professionalism
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming to ensure lasting finishes
  • Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers-always to spec
  • Interpret color and finish specifications; apply paint to achieve consistent, quality results
  • Collaborate with foremen, teammates, and clients to meet timelines and expectations
  • Use hand tools and equipment safely, following site and safety protocols
  • Maintain clean job sites and proper tool storage daily
  • Travel to project locations as required (most within 3-5 hours); per diem and lodging provided
  • Grow into leadership responsibilities (for those on a lead path)

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of painting experience required; multi-surface experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship
  • Detail-oriented and committed to keeping a clean and safe workspace
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow direction
  • Clear background, valid driver's license, and drug-free (required)
  • Willingness to travel for short-term assignments (with bonus pay)
  • Interest in leadership and career growth (for lead track candidates)

Schedule

  • Full-Time, Monday to Friday

  • Occasional travel required (within 3-5 hours, fully compensated)
