Location: Midland Care – PACE Program
Schedule: PRN| Non-Exempt
Pay: $16.30 (Pay based on experience, certifications, and driving record. Most new hires start in the lower-to-middle range.)

As a Transportation Specialist III, you’ll be more than a driver you’ll be a lifeline for our participants, ensuring they arrive at appointments, our Day Center, and home with care and compassion.
What You’ll Do

As a Transportation Specialist III, you’ll be more than a driver you’ll be a lifeline for our participants, ensuring they arrive at appointments, our Day Center, and home with care and compassion.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate buses and other vehicles to transport participants between homes, medical facilities, and the Day Center.
- Assist with gurney, wheelchair, and ambulatory transfers including lifting and supporting participants and their medical equipment.
- Support participants in and out of residences and care settings.
- Observe and report changes in participants’ health or behavior.
- Keep vehicles clean, perform pre/post trip inspections, and follow all DOT requirements.
- Assist with light Day Center duties, including meals, supplies, and maintaining a safe environment.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for transportation needs.
