What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of our caregiving team
- Ensure all care services are delivered with compassion, efficiency, and professionalism
- Supervise care staff and office coordinators; provide support, coaching, and guidance
- Manage client intake, care plans, scheduling, and quality checks
- Ensure compliance with caregiving standards and local regulations
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners
- Monitor performance, track KPIs, and implement improvements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an operations or leadership role (home care or healthcare a plus)
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle pressure with grace
- Familiarity with caregiving compliance, scheduling tools, and operational systems
