The Operations Management Trainee will participate in a structured, hands-on, rotational training program designed to provide comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in the scrap metal and recycling industry. This role is ideal for recent two-or-four-year college graduates who are eager to develop their skills and grow into leadership positions within the industry. Over the course of the program, trainees will rotate through multiple departments, gaining exposure to operations, sales, logistics, compliance, and more. This broad exposure is intended to equip participants in the program to gain a familiarity with each area of the EMR business. It is expected that the trainee will understand the crucial interdependencies between each of the departments that make EMR a success.

- Willingness to relocate or travel for rotational training if needed
- Indoor and outdoor work environments in and around Camden, NJ
- Varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Physical activity, including lifting up to 70 lbs, working with machinery, and using tools
- Travel may be required, with access to a personal vehicle needed
