Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with different departments to align operational goals.
- Manage resources, including staff, equipment, and budgets.
- Implement and monitor operational strategies and procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational processes.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using operational management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Clear background check within company and customer requirements.
- Must be able to pass drug & alcohol screening.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to use a computer and other office equipment.
- Lifting up to 25 pounds
- Bending, stooping, ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to travel and have a clear driving record in accordance to company driving guidelines
