- You will be based out of our Pearland, TX Service Center
- Responsible for the execution of administrative duties including but not limited to purchase order
- requests (PO), and office supplies
- Keep an accurate record of invoices-PO into the relevant systems
- Support the Operations team in all basic administrative and financial functions
- Coordinate delivery of goods with vendors and ensure receipt by internal customers
- Process purchasing transactions for daily operational requirements of the service center
- Provide basics reporting and analysis to manager and key stakeholders
- Learn updated operational procurement processes of goods and assist peers whenever required
- Build relationships with a list of preferred vendors to streamline operational purchases and
- coordinate all activities
- Handle internal and external calls to address shipment of operational supplies to service centers
- and worksites as necessary
- Associate´s degree or equivalent years of experience
- Ability to Multitask, adapt, and communicate effectively in various professional settings
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or prior experience with an ERP system
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to create and maintain an important level of
- organization for work processes
- Excellent customer service skills and quickly adapt to systems updates
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance
