What You’ll Do

• You will be based out of our Pearland, TX Service Center
• Responsible for the execution of administrative duties including but not limited to purchase order
• requests (PO), and office supplies
• Keep an accurate record of invoices-PO into the relevant systems
• Support the Operations team in all basic administrative and financial functions
• Coordinate delivery of goods with vendors and ensure receipt by internal customers
• Process purchasing transactions for daily operational requirements of the service center
• Provide basics reporting and analysis to manager and key stakeholders
• Learn updated operational procurement processes of goods and assist peers whenever required
• Build relationships with a list of preferred vendors to streamline operational purchases and
• coordinate all activities
• Handle internal and external calls to address shipment of operational supplies to service centers
• and worksites as necessary
  
  

You’ll Have The Following Skills And Experience

• Associate´s degree or equivalent years of experience
• Ability to Multitask, adapt, and communicate effectively in various professional settings
• Proficiency in MS Office and/or prior experience with an ERP system
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to create and maintain an important level of
• organization for work processes
• Excellent customer service skills and quickly adapt to systems updates
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance
